Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics.
• Experience with projected LTV models.
• Solid SQL and Excel skills; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
