Senior Marketing Data Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Responsible for analyzing marketing data to support strategic and tactical product growth and marketing effectiveness decisions.
• Maximize return on marketing investment (ROI/ROAS) by providing accurate data, insights, and recommendations.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns: CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, Retention.
• Build and maintain dashboards in BI (executive and operational).
• Create deep audience segmentation (behavioral, predictive, RFM).
• Work with attribution models: rule-based, MTA, incrementality.
• Calculate and forecast LTV/CAC rotation, cohort analysis.
• Monitor unit economics across channels, countries, segments.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Identify under-invested and over-invested channels.

Requirements

• High proficiency in SQL, experience working with large tables, joins/cohorts.
• Proficiency in Python for modeling, automation, and quick analysis.
• Experience with BI tools: Tableau.
• Familiarity with MMP tools: Appsflyer.
• Understanding of attribution, incrementality, MMM.
• Knowledge of statistics: hypothesis testing, normalization, P-values, bootstrapping.
• Experience in forecasting LTV/churn/retention.
• Knowledge of marketing KPIs: CAC, CPI, CPC, CPM, ROAS, LTV, churn, retention.
• Familiarity with paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, DSP.
• Experience working with stakeholders, ability to explain complex concepts simply.
