Junior Legal Counsel - Remote

In Short

• Support legal and compliance activities in a dynamic mobile game development environment.
• Review, prepare, and administer contracts (NDAs, service agreements, contractor agreements, partnership agreements, etc.).
• Assist with intellectual property matters (trademarks, copyright, IP clauses in contracts, coordination with external legal advisors as needed).
• Participate in the development, updating, and maintenance of internal policies (compliance, privacy documents, internal procedures).
• Maintain legal documentation, templates, and contract trackers ensuring their accuracy and relevance.
• Support daily legal inquiries from product, marketing, HR, and operations teams.
• Monitor deadlines, contract renewal dates, and key obligations.
• Participate in the improvement of legal processes and documentation flow.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of legal experience, preferably in an IT/Tech company.
• Understanding and practical experience with intellectual property.
• Experience with corporate policies and internal regulations.
• Practical experience in contract work (reviewing and/or preparing contracts).
• English language proficiency (oral and written) sufficient for legal communication and document preparation.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
