Overview

As a Junior Legal Counsel at Deel, you will assist in employment law compliance, providing advice on regulations and drafting necessary documents.

In Short

• Provide daily advice on employment laws and regulations.
• Draft and review employment agreements and employee handbooks.
• Support local management and HR on employment issues.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in legal counsel (in-house not essential).
• Specialist knowledge of Spanish employment law.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and/or Catalan.
• Proactive, autonomous, and resilient attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• CV must be submitted in English.
