Junior Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

Promethean is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel to join its legal team and support a wide range of corporate and commercial needs in a growing edtech company.

In Short

• Support corporate, securities, and commercial legal matters.
• Assist with corporate and securities filings.
• Support board and governance activities.
• Provide day-to-day advice on commercial agreements.
• Address compliance issues and advise business stakeholders.
• Blend public company securities work with business operations support.
• Manage run-rate commercial contract review.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• 2–3 years of corporate securities/public company experience required.
• Experience with Foreign Private Issuers and/or NYSE-listed companies is a plus.
