Junior Legal Counsel - Remote

In Short

• Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents;
• Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company jurisdictions of operations;
• Assisting with the implementation of legal compliance in various areas of business operations;
• Communicate with business partners, law firms, agents, and service providers across multiple jurisdictions;
• Analysis of legislation covering AML and licensing matters;
• Perform due diligence (KYC) on clients and counterparts;
• Support the company’s day-to-day legal activities and operations.

Requirements

• Fluent English (including legal drafting skills);
• 1+ year of relevant experience in a legal role;
• Knowledge of KYC procedure (will be a big plus);
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law or International Law.
