Overview

The Junior Legal Counsel will support the South African legal team by providing legal support and guidance on various commercial, regulatory and compliance matters, mitigate legal risks, and assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts and legal documents.

Requirements

Minimum: LLB degree from a recognized South African university.
Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
1–3 years post-articles experience in a corporate or law firm environment.
Strong knowledge of South African corporate and commercial law.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
