Data Analyst - Sales Support - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst Sales Assistant with experience maintaining data integrity in CRM systems, building sales dashboards, and analyzing pipeline metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

In Short

• Ensure databases are accurate and consistent; update CRM and related systems daily.
• Monitor open leads, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and lifetime value (LTV).
• Provide updates on back-in-stock items and out-of-stock alerts for high-demand products.
• Update sales dashboards to reflect current sales status and trends.
• Prepare and present data-driven insights during weekly team strategy meetings.
• Conduct monthly win/loss analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate the ROI of promotions, incentives, and marketing activities monthly.
• Conduct comprehensive quarterly reviews to highlight sales performance outliers.
• Respond to specific, strategic requests as they arise.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in a sales support, data analyst, or similar role.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in sales operations, data tracking, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
