• Partner with the North America Sales team.
• Support customers with Veeva software subscription orders.
• Create and process subscription and renewal opportunities.
• Answer customer questions regarding order processes.
• Navigate Salesforce for opportunity creation and reporting.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Act with urgency and integrity focused on customer success.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in sales support or customer support.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
