Sales Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

Veeva Systems is looking for a driven Sales Support Analyst to join our growing team, supporting the North America Sales team and working directly with customers to manage Veeva software subscription orders.

In Short

• Build trusted relationships with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Create and process subscription and renewal opportunities and quotes.
• Answer customer questions about the order process.
• Collect documentation to close out opportunities.
• Navigate Salesforce for creating opportunities and running reports.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Act with urgency and focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a sales support or customer support environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
