Overview

Veeva Systems is seeking a driven Sales Support Analyst to partner with the EU Sales team and enhance customer service and sales support best practices. This role offers flexibility to work from home or in the office, contributing to Veeva's mission in the life sciences industry.

• Support Veeva software subscription orders for the EU Sales team.
• Build relationships with sales, finance, operations teams, and customers.
• Create and process subscription and renewal opportunities accurately.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding orders and provisioning status.
• Navigate CRM systems for opportunities, reports, and orders.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in sales support or customer support.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
