  • Analyze metrics to identify trends within fulfillment centers.
  • Conduct end-of-day calls to discuss operational changes.
  • Create dashboards to monitor operational metrics.
  • Research processes for efficiency improvements.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver focused on results.
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders effectively.
  • Hardworking with a passion for helping small businesses.
  • Complex problem-solving skills with innovative solutions.
  • Initiative to drive action where needed.
  • Calmness in difficult situations.
