Overview

The Director of Business Development – Food + Beverage is a strategic leadership role within CRB’s National Food + Beverage Region, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities across CRB’s full range of services.

In Short

  • Lead business development efforts in the Food + Beverage sector.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders within CRB.
  • Present CRB’s value proposition to potential clients.
  • Represent CRB at industry events and tradeshows.
  • Assist in developing the annual Business Development plan.
  • Manage client relationships and account penetration.
  • Travel nationally up to 70% of the time.
  • Maintain a deep network within the industry.
  • Demonstrate success in national account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 12-15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Deep industry knowledge in Food & Beverage and Consumer Products.
  • Strong understanding of AEC delivery methods.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High initiative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Ability to lead across a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in account management and client development.
  • Strong time management and accountability.
