The Director of Business Development at RQM+ will drive strategic growth, manage client relationships, and deliver innovative solutions to meet client needs in the MedTech sector.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth roadmap for assigned accounts.
  • Respond promptly to new client inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare estimates and contracts.
  • Provide regular updates on account status using CRM tools.
  • Enhance product knowledge through continuous education.
  • Support other members of the Business Development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical device/pharmaceutical regulatory affairs or quality assurance.
  • Experience in the consulting service industry with successful client engagements.
  • Experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify and act on new business opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a customer-first mindset.
