  • Minimum 8 years of federal business development experience.
  • Understanding of FAR, IDIQs, BPAs, and GSA Schedules.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM and BD tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite preferred.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes.
  • Ability to build relationships and develop strategies.
  • Experience capturing contracts over $25M.
