Overview

The Director of Business Development at JSSI is responsible for generating profitable sales and developing strategic sales plans in the aviation industry.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct selling experience in aviation or financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to grasp financial and technical concepts quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Highly organized and able to thrive under pressure.
