The Director of Business Development at JSSI is responsible for generating profitable sales and developing strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years direct selling experience in aviation or financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex situations.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Attention to detail and results-driven focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
