In Short

  • Responsible for the entire end-to-end process of Business Development.
  • Develop strategic partnerships within the banking/fintech ecosystem.
  • Evaluate and negotiate deals to provide unique customer value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, product, and marketing.
  • Operationalize the execution of BD deals to exceed expectations.
  • Identify new business lines through third-party deals.
  • Work with engineering on implementation strategies.
  • Build consensus on new business cases and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development or commercial strategy.
  • Experience in high-stakes negotiations and executing large-scale deals.
  • Track record of sourcing and implementing large multi-billion dollar deals.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with financial models.
  • Experience in product roadmap definition and technical integration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Excellence in customer insight and product innovation.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient with SQL.
