Overview

The Director, Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth for Cube AI by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client base. This role involves overseeing the full business development lifecycle—from lead generation and relationship-building to proposal development and deal closure. The Director works closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align go-to-market strategies with organizational goals and ensure consistent pipeline growth.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across agencies, brands, and media organizations.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision-makers.

  • Own the end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
  • 5 years of experience in Advertising Technology or Marketing Technology Sales.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Experience with CRM & Sales Tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong strategic sales and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of advertising trends and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a Related Field.
  • 5 years’ experience in the advertising, media, or marketing industry.
  • Experience handling large-scale transactions and building long-term client relationships.
  • 3 years’ experience with CRM & Sales Tools.
