Overview

The Online Project Supervisor works closely with project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects, focusing on sample creation, email dispatches, and adherence to quotas and deadlines, while maintaining quality standards.

• Manage web project samples from creation to email dispatch, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Daily project tracking with project managers on completion rates, quotas, and response rates.
• Ensure compliance with quotas while managing sample creation.
• Provide quick and effective follow-up on issues and requests.
• Generate accurate samples following project managers' recommendations.
• Communicate with sample providers when subcontracting.
• Send emails for web projects.
• Identify problematic survey respondents and inconsistent open-ended responses.
• Test links and questionnaires before project launch.

Requirements

• College diploma in a related field.
• At least six months of experience in survey research or equivalent.
• Developed technical skills.
• Good command of internal IT tools such as Centralus, Sendit, iCost is an asset.
• Bilingual (French and English).
