Program Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Program Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Program, working closely with the Program Manager and Program Director to oversee program services and collaborate with community partners.

In Short

• Support daily operations of the IECMHC program.
• Facilitate team meetings and provide group consultation.
• Provide individual reflective supervision to consultants.
• Monitor fidelity and service delivery to program models.
• Support data tracking and quality improvement efforts.
• Oversee onboarding of new consultants.
• Coordinate services with community partners.
• Participate in staff development related to equity and inclusion.
• Demonstrate commitment to the Sanctuary Model.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Clinical licensure or plan to obtain within six months.
• Three years of experience in social services related to infant/early childhood care.
• Experience with electronic health records.
• Background in early childhood mental health services.
