Overview

In this critical role, the qualified candidate will work to improve Planned Companies’ market position and drive financial growth. S/he will build key customer relationships, identify lucrative business opportunities, and negotiate and close business deals. The ideal candidate will be highly personable, an expert negotiator, and experienced in sales and business development.

In Short

  • Responsible for targeting and attaining new business for the company’s three service offerings.
  • Expected to deliver annual new business revenue in excess of $3M.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to build a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Focus on Residential and Commercial properties.
  • Join industry organizations and attend networking events.
  • Attend trade shows/conferences and manage all traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with Operations & Marketing departments.
  • Create and leverage relationships with partner companies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7 to 10 years of proven sales experience.
  • Established in presentations such as PowerPoints.
  • Vehicle required with a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel daily and for multiple overnight trips.
  • Strong attention to detail for CRM updates.
