Payroll Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Payroll Supervisor will oversee payroll functions for hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

In Short

• Oversee payroll specialists and maintain payroll information.
• Work with proprietary time and attendance software.
• Handle payroll for a large number of hourly employees.
• Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

• Pay employees through checks or electronic transfers.
• Answer payroll-related questions from stakeholders.
• Work in a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Requirements

• 4-5 years of payroll experience for large employee numbers.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Advanced experience with payroll software (UKG, ADP, Paychex).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Highly organized and a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
