Overview

The HR Operations Supervisor - Payroll is responsible for the successful support of PuzzleHR clients by leading and developing a specialized operations team and the processes used to support PuzzleHR clients to successful outcomes.

• Provides operational supervision, development, support, and guidance to the Managed Payroll Team.
• Facilitates clear and effective employee and client communication.
• Creates and delivers proactive employee training sessions based on client needs.
• Leads collaboration to establish client success.
• Manages internal recruiting and onboarding for new hires.
• Supports team members in creating SOPs for Managed Payroll service.
• Collaborates with HR Operations Manager for service improvements.
• Addresses complex escalations and provides support accordingly.
• Responsible for employee performance management and payroll approval.
• Other duties as assigned.
