Overview

The Benefits Coordinator aids with and facilitates all things benefits for our clients, applying their established skillset and knowledge to recommend enhancements, implement best practices, and provide top-notch service.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding, and new hire enrollments.
  • Assist with open enrollment and conduct benefit audits.
  • Consult clients on system design and configuration.
  • Perform necessary clerical functions and prepare correspondence.
  • Implement solutions that positively impact client organizations.
  • Work with multiple benefits and payroll platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • Three years of payroll and benefits experience.
  • Experience with employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Familiarity with online project boards preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a growing organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
