Overview

The Human Resource Generalist will assist in developing and implementing HR practices and solutions, supporting clients in the assigned region under the supervision of the HR Supervisor.

• Support execution of human resources plans and practices.
• Perform I-9 compliance and file audits.
• Conduct exit and stay interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of HR experience or 4 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Understanding of legal requirements related to employment.
• Facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
