Technology Services Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Technology Services Supervisor is responsible for the operational oversight and frontline leadership of our RPA service delivery and ensuring the successful execution of technical projects from intake through closure.

In Short

• Oversee operational delivery of RPA services.
• Lead and coach a team of Intake Specialists and RPA Engineers.
• Manage project workload and ensure timely service delivery.
• Drive accountability and performance management.
• Serve as escalation point for client-related challenges.
• Contribute to process improvement and SOP development.
• Support hiring and onboarding of team members.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Partner with Sales for pre-sales support.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations or client-facing services role.
• Experience leading project-based teams.
• Familiarity with project management and agile methodology.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coach team members.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
