Overview

The HR Operations Supervisor of Managed Benefits is responsible for the successful support of the Benefits Coordinators and the Managed HR Services Team by leading and developing a specialized operations team and the associated operational processes.

In Short

  • Provide operational supervision and support to the Managed Benefits Team.
  • Facilitate clear and effective employee and client communication.
  • Create and deliver training sessions for team members.
  • Manage internal recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Support the creation of SOPs for managed benefits services.
  • Collaborate with leadership on service improvements and planning.
  • Address escalations and create action plans for support.
  • Perform employee performance management and payroll duties.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of related experience preferred.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • 2 years in benefits and/or HCM experience preferred.
  • Experience with online project boards preferred.
  • SHRM/PHR/CEBS Certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated eye for process improvement.
