Overview

The Operations Supervisor provides direct leadership to the Account Resolution Specialists and the Operations Team Lead, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and compliance in claim resolution activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management preferred.
• CRCR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years in a supervisory role.
• 3 years of experience with medical claims and appeals.
• Experience with EMR systems like Meditech or Epic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
