Overview

The Operations Manager provides leadership and direction for the revenue cycle operations team, ensuring both internal processes and client-facing workflows meet expectations. This role involves conducting performance reviews, coaching staff, and collaborating with various teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Attend client meetings as required.
  • Ensure completion of onboarding tasks for new clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management preferred.
  • CRCR certification required or must be obtained within 90 days.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management.
  • Experience with complex insurance claims and escalation strategies.
  • Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to adapt to change.
