Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

This role is essential for building and scaling the operational backbone of our partner’s European business, focusing on strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

• Own end-to-end European operational readiness, supporting country setup and market entry.
• Manage the European governance and compliance calendar, ensuring timely filings and audits.
• Design and maintain scalable operational processes to improve consistency across markets.
• Build the partner and business performance management framework.
• Oversee data collection and integrity for performance analysis and operational reporting.
• Prepare high-quality materials for board and executive meetings.
• Establish a predictable operating cadence and governance checkpoints.
• Support strategic initiatives and manage relationships with third-party providers.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting or operations with a focus on execution.
• Proven track record of scaling businesses across European countries.
• Strong understanding of European compliance and governance.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities effectively.
• High data literacy with proficiency in SQL and/or Python preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
• EU citizenship or permanent work authorization required.
