Overview

The Operations Manager will lead service delivery efforts for the MyNavy Career Center, overseeing field staff and ensuring quality control across various sites.

In Short

• Lead service delivery by supervising field staff.
• Monitor staffing levels and position fill.
• Disseminate program information on ICA policies.
• Execute the quality control program.
• Supervise contract workforce and address performance issues.
• Support the MyNavy Career Center (MNCC).
• Maintain responsibility for DEERS and RAPIDS sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or 5 years of experience.
• Experience in project management.
• Strong data analysis skills.
