Overview

Network Runners, Inc is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant who is energetic and eager to learn, responsible for various HR tasks including screening applicants, managing payroll, and administering employee benefits.

In Short

  • Screen and interview job candidates.
  • Calculate and distribute employee paychecks.
  • Administer employee medical insurance and disability programs.
  • Monitor and substantiate unemployment claims.
  • Maintain HR records for new hires and terminations.
  • Orient new employees and explain company policies.
  • Document HR actions with forms and reports.
  • Participate in educational opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Complete related tasks as needed to support the HR department.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in maintaining employee files.
  • Knowledge of compensation and wage structures.
  • Ability to orient and train employees.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration.
  • Interviewing skills and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must pass a background/drug test.
