Overview

Network Runners is seeking a highly qualified Business Analyst to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), providing program and project management support for IT-focused initiatives.

In Short

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support strategic business management operations through process review and improvement.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation.
• Provide business process analysis to improve operational effectiveness.
• Support DoD Software Development Projects through requirements validation.
• Develop tools and metrics for process improvements.
• Support business intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for task execution.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher-level degree).
• 5 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• 5 years of experience in professional writing and documentation.
• 5 years working on DoD programs.
• 5 years supporting DoD Software Development Projects.
• 5 years developing processes and maintaining metrics.
• 5 years managing Six Sigma projects.
• 1–2 years knowledge of utilizing ServiceNow.
