Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

A highly qualified Business Analyst is needed to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) with program and project management for IT-focused initiatives.

In Short

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support strategic business management operations through process review and improvement.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation.
• Provide business process analysis to improve operational effectiveness.
• Support DoD Software Development Projects through requirements validation.
• Develop tools and performance metrics for process improvements.
• Support business intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies for continuous process improvement.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and ServiceNow for documentation management.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• 5 years of experience in professional writing and process documentation.
• 5 years of experience working on DoD programs.
• 5 years of experience supporting DoD Software Development Projects.
• 5 years of experience in developing processes and maintaining metrics.
• 5 years of experience managing Six Sigma projects.
• 1-2 years of experience utilizing ServiceNow.
