Overview

The Business Analyst at Impact Workforce Solutions will support the organization by creating and maintaining metrics for client review, ensuring data integrity across systems, and collaborating with IT and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in HRIS and/or Time and Labor Management systems.
• Experience with data, metrics, and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Experience presenting data using Microsoft products.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
