Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

A successful Business Analyst has a strong working knowledge of radio spectrum management processes, can read and analyze product legacy product requirements to inform future product development and can build out supporting system documentation. The candidate should have strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.

In Short

• Formulating and defining systems requirements through research and fact-finding.
• Building a comprehensive understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Performing analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic, as necessary.
• Developing and updating technical documentation; ensuring accuracy and completeness of the team's technical requirements repository.
• Working with stakeholders and agile team members to develop and prioritize concise and testable epics, features, and user stories.
• Translating requirements and concepts into business language and technical language.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years related experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Prior experience working with or for the U.S. Military.
• Proven abilities to be collaborative and take initiative and be innovative.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence, or other tools.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities.
