ViaBill is looking for a Business Analyst to join our remote team in Poland to support and solve complex challenges within a wide range of activities.

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into insights.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics clearly.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (SQL is a plus).
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus.
