Overview

The Operations Manager provides leadership and direction for the revenue cycle operations team, ensuring both internal processes and client-facing workflows meet expectations. This role involves conducting performance reviews, coaching staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • CRCR certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management.
  • Experience with complex insurance claims.
  • Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle administration.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability.
