Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The Operations Manager at Hyper Solutions is responsible for leading and coordinating manufacturing operations across Hyper’s internal operations and external manufacturing partners to drive efficiency, scalability, and execution excellence. This role plays a critical part in translating production plans into operational results while ensuring strong collaboration across Supply Chain, Engineering, and third-party partners.

In addition to operational execution, this position supports strategic partner development and helps ensure Hyper’s manufacturing network is aligned to meet customer, quality, cost, delivery, and growth objectives.

In Short

• Develop and deploy comprehensive production and capacity plans across manufacturing partners.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment of the master production plan.
• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, and third-party manufacturers.
• Support implementation and adoption of Hyper’s ERP systems.
• Oversee forecasting, material procurement, inventory management, and distribution activities.
• Lead operational efforts related to manufacturing partners.
• Drive performance across safety, ethics, quality, and cost objectives.
• Support new product introductions and production readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of operations or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in electrical equipment or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Experience managing third-party manufacturing partners.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Demonstrated leadership of operations teams.
• Ability to influence across organizations.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 50%.
