Overview

The Operations Supervisor provides direct leadership to the Account Resolution Specialists and the Operations Team Lead, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and compliance with payer and organizational standards.

• Supervise team members and provide coaching.
• Lead interviews and hiring for Account Resolution Specialists.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship for staff.
• Monitor productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management preferred.
• CRCR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years in a supervisory role.
• 3 years of experience in medical claim payments.
• Experience with complex insurance claims.
• 3 years’ experience with Artiva preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems like Meditech, Epic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills.
