Overview

The HR Operations Supervisor - HCM is responsible for the successful support of PuzzleHR clients by leading and developing a specialized operations team and the processes used to support PuzzleHR clients to successful outcomes.

In Short

• Provide operational supervision, development, support, and guidance to the HCM Services Team.
• Facilitate clear and effective employee and client communication.
• Create and deliver proactive employee training sessions based on client needs.
• Lead collaboration to establish client success.
• Manage internal recruiting and onboarding for new hires.
• Support creation of SOPs for HCM service and support.
• Collaborate with the Director of HCM Services on service improvements.
• Address and create action plans for complex escalations.
• Manage employee performance, time tracking, and payroll.
• Other duties as assigned.
