Overview

The Human Resource Generalist will support HR practices and solutions, ensuring compliance and effective employee relations.

• Assist in developing and implementing HR practices.
• Conduct exit and stay interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
