Human Resource Generalist - Remote

Overview

The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. This role ensures accurate HR records and benefits administration, provides day-to-day support to employees, and helps maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of recent HR experience.
• Solid understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
• Proficiency with HR software and systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
