Overview

The Human Resource Generalist will assist in developing and implementing HR practices and solutions under the supervision of the HR Supervisor.

In Short

• Support execution of human resources plans and practices.
• Perform I-9 compliance and file audits.
• Conduct exit and stay interviews.
• Provide support for open enrollment.
• Compile EEO-1 reporting.
• Assist with employee onboarding.
• Maintain employee records in client systems.
• Provide recommendations for HCM projects.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement of HR services.
• Stay updated on legal requirements impacting HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of HR experience, or 4 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
