Requirements

• BS/BA in Human Resources or related discipline required.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources field.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Labor relations experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to drive change in an organization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
• Must possess excellent judgement and organizational skills.
• Experience leveraging AI to enhance work processes is a plus.
