Overview

The Senior Environmental Health & Safety Specialist at DuPont is responsible for implementing and maintaining EHS programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and mentoring EHS Technicians at the Michigan Operations site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health or Safety Science or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing EHS experience.
• 5+ years of EHS experience specifically.
• Understanding of safety and occupational hygiene regulations.
• Strong technical ability in plant chemistry.
• Ability to mentor and guide others effectively.
• Experience with EHS management systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.
• Proactive in identifying and solving EHS issues.
