Overview

Highnote is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our HR team, providing an opportunity to dive into all aspects of HR and make a direct impact as we continue to scale our company.

In Short

• Support the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, benefits orientation, and offboarding.
• Semi-monthly payroll entry for US and Canada.
• In-house guru for our current HRIS, Rippling.
• Ownership of our internal “People Page” and Employee Handbook.
• Creation and maintenance of HR data reports and policies.
• Help monitor HR compliance across States.
• Administration of annual trainings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor of Arts.
• Experience with Rippling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexible, startup mindset.
• Proactive and action-oriented.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and stay up to date with HR.
