Overview

Ingram Content Group is hiring for a Human Resources Generalist to contribute to our Corporate HR team in LaVergne, TN, just outside Nashville. This individual will guide all aspects of HR delivery to positively impact business unit performance.

In Short

• Administers the functions of the employment lifecycle such as sourcing, staffing, and onboarding.
• Delivers orientation and educates new hires on company policy.
• Advises management on regulations and HR practices.
• Supports Managers with employee coaching and corrective action.
• Partners with Learning and Development to assess training needs.
• Maintains associate records and generates reports.
• Identifies and recommends process changes for HR functions.
• Participates in HR task forces.
• Collaborates with management to drive job satisfaction.
• Administers compensation and benefit programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of human resources experience.
• MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience with HR systems (UKG, PeopleSoft).
• Knowledge of LOA processes and FMLA.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and solve problems.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Experience in employee relations.
• Ability to develop effective relationships across the business.
