• Reports to the Human Resources Director.
• Hybrid work location: Chicago, Skokie, and WFH.

• Salary range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00.
• Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with employment requirements.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee recognition programs.
• Promote diversity and affirmative action efforts.
• Support HR initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a coordinator role.
• SHRM certifications/credentials a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to commute between multiple offices in Chicago and Skokie, IL.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
